webCOMAND 2.21 Released
webCOMAND version 2.21 adds a number of important new features:
- A new simplified software upgrade process makes it possible to quickly and easily upgrade the webCOMAND software from the web interface. Software can check for updates and easily upgrade to any newer version with only a couple of seconds of down-time. Upgrade files are downloaded and installed and then any necessary changes to the back-end database are made.
- Two new COMAND Script statements, #PATHTO and #PATHFROM, enable script-level control over where support files are published by #OUTPUT and how they are linked (#OUTPUT result).
- TAB and SHIFT+TAB key combinations now (un)indent all selected lines in a plain text box. CTRL+TAB and SHIFT+CTRL+TAB moves focus to next and previous form fields where TAB and SHIFT+TAB (un)indent.
- Tools and Reports simplified to icons to take up less space, but can dynamically expand for clarification.
- All functionality under Content, Publications, Users and System tab combined to single unified Home tab.
