COMAND Systems today released webCOMAND 2.31.  The latest version of webCOMAND fixes a few minor issues in the previous release.

Publication Procedures no longer create the folders that make up the base file path a file is not produced by the publication procedure.

#LINK no longer produces an extra "../" in relative paths when called inside a #PATHFROM block that was passed a rooted path.

The rich text editor no longer erases HTML tags typed in WYSIWYG mode when the mode is switched to HTML View and back to WYSIWYG mode again.  The issue only occurred in rare circumstances.
